career counselling career guidanceA career counsellor or analyst is somebody whose career is to create right career paths.So he/ she is the one who keeps themselves updated with different fields and options to get into it.Career counselling should always be done by an expert career counsellor as they will keep every aspect in mind while determining your career path rather than just telling you to do what most of the people around are doing.Indian mentality is that when you have an elder( Grand father/ uncles) at home why do you need to pay for a wise advice,So,to be clear and crisp our elders and uncles etc either they are professors,teachers,retired personnel's etc.must be well versed in there fields of work but they are not aware of all the fields and careers that have come up or where already there in demand but because nobody knew had low supply of candidates to join them.They only know what there relatives or close friend kids are doing.
Career Counselling is a scientific process to empower students and professionals to select the best career suited for them. During the process, the counsellors explore the client s interests, aptitude, personality and various other factors which are crucial. For the process an expert is required due to the following reasons :

Career guidance is given for different people at different age for their respective queries regarding career.An expert can give counselling which is like consulting a friend, relative, senior but due focus on the counsellee or say 100 percent attention towards them.Others may just pass time or may even beat about the bush.A career counsellor with expert knowledge can make a counsellee get precise answers with all the perspectives.
Career counselling is a pious ritual. Counsellors interact with candidates of young and impressionable minds and empower them to chart a career course ,In fact course of life . The process is dynamically complex. Interplay of a candidates personality, interests and values with the Skills & abilities have to be synergised positively.Candidates aspirations have to be finally aligned in the backdrop of these inputs. Absolute devout and passionate counsellors with high grade skill sets and experience in the field are realistically equipped to handle and process such critical endeavours. Lack of knowledge or experience can result in irreversible and highly avoidable damages of permanent nature. Hence it is imperative that career counselling be undertaken only by experts in the field for optimum results.

So if we have heart ailment and want to repair our heart....do we go to carpenter?
