Welcome, I'm Ulka Padwalkar, Founder of UP SUMS, I bring a rich background as an Assistant Professor in Electronics Engineering for 16 years, followed by 4 years of experience in coaching for competitive exams like IELTS, GRE, SAT, and TOEFL. I hold a Master's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Sardar Patel Institute of Technology, Mumbai University.

Now a Certified Career Counsellor, I use a scientific approach involving Psychometric Assessments to help students identify their strengths, interests, and aptitudes. With 2+ years of counselling experience, I’ve helped many students across different academic stages choose the right career path with clarity and confidence.

Backed by certifications in IoT, Digital Communication, and Network Security from top institutions like the University of California and IITs, and currently preparing for the Microsoft Azure Administrator Certification, I bring a tech-savvy, future-oriented perspective to career guidance.
